NCC Day was celebrated with zeal and enthusiasm at Govt. T.C.L. P.G. College Janjgir. The program was started with March Past followed by Mass Awareness Rally on Women Empowerment, Rangoli Making Competition on the theme of Women Empowerment and Cultural Programs.
